- Submission of a free trial form does not guarantee a place. A member of the KGTA team will confirm availability.
- All class bookings are subject to availability and eligibility within the relevant age group.

5. Fees & Payments
- Class fees, payment schedules and any related policies are detailed in our Fees & Payments Policy, available via the Parent Info Hub.
- Late or missed payments may affect a student’s ability to continue attending classes.
6. Policies
- By enrolling in KGTA classes or clubs, you agree to follow all relevant school policies including Safeguarding, Code of Conduct, Payments, and Photography policies.
- All policies can be viewed on our Policies page and may be updated periodically.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
- Refunds for classes, workshops or events are only issued in line with our Refund & Payment Policy.
- KGTA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes where necessary (e.g., severe weather, venue issues, staff illness). Where possible, we will offer a replacement class or online alternative.
8. Liability
- KGTA is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury unless caused by proven negligence by a member of our team.
- Parents/guardians remain responsible for ensuring their child is physically able to take part in activities.
- Personal belongings brought to classes are the responsibility of the student.
